UK manufacturer of catalytic converters, DPFs and front pipes, BM Catalysts, has further boosted its capacity to supply products throughout Europe in order to meet ongoing demand. The company is currently exporting to more than 35 countries worldwide. This continued investment, coupled with its intense product development programme, means it can predict future trends around products and technology.

BM Catalysts already has an established presence in Europe and has been developing strong relationships with number of key distributors in the region for over a decade. As the demand for emissions control devices is expected to increase over the next few years, this additional capacity will enable BM Catalysts to expand its footprint to meet this demand.

BM Catalysts’ high-tech manufacturing facilities allows the company to maintain stock levels of up to 60,000 parts, covering 95 percent of the European car parc, while also introducing up to 300 new to range parts each year. Focused on supporting its partners, the company continues to update the industry on fluctuating platinum group metals (PGM) prices and also the volatility around prices of aluminised and stainless steel, along with global steel shortages and increases in commodity costs, allowing customers to plan accordingly.

BM Catalysts: distribution in Europe

BM Catalysts is also working with European distributors and workshops to ensure the automotive aftermarket supply chain is better informed over type approval legislation and the important role they can play in its enforcement, for the benefit of the entire sector.

Maksim Bessonov, BM Catalysts Head of International Sales, said: “The European market is a huge priority for us, and we see lots of potential for helping our existing partners in this region grow their business, whilst also looking to develop new business opportunities. We always aim for the highest standards, both in product quality and service, and will make every effort to continue supporting our partners across Europe as we enter this next phase of our journey.”
