Lombardini Marine is attending the Genoa Boat Show again this year, a key appointment for the international nautical market. Only last year it decided to relaunch its product line precisely at the sector’s most exclusive showcase which was met with success as a result of the recognized characteristics of compactness, lightness, reliability and extraordinary performance. This year Lombardini Marine confirms its presence by bringing its complete product range, consisting of inboard propulsion engines from 11 to 74 hp, generator engines from 5 to 25 kW, and gensets with a power range from 4 to 20 kVA @ 3000 rpm.

In 2021 Lombardini Marine presented itself with a new image, a new website, and a revamped engine range. The main news concerned the reorganization of the management of the distribution network, which made it possible to ensure greater speed and continuity in the supply of goods; an added value for reliability.

Therewas also no shortage of collaborations: the first with sailor Giancarlo Pedote for the Vendée Globe, a regatta for sailboats that consists of a complete solo circumnavigation of the earth; and the second with Ocean Sea Foundation (OSF), a non-profit organization that focuses its efforts on the study of the seas to develop newstrategies for the protection of marine ecosystems.

For 2022, product innovations introduced in the previous edition are confirmed and partnerships are renewed. Lombardini Marine this year will be the technical sponsor of Ambrogio Beccaria and his “Alla Grande,” the first completely Italian modern ocean sailing project, a challenge under the banner of innovation and technological research. Born in 1991, an athlete of the Italian Yatch Club and two-time winner of the “sailor of the year” award,Beccaria has chosen to launch a challenge to French sailors, undisputed champions of world offshore sailing, by building a boat with an all-Italian soul. Lombardini Marine decided to give its support by supplying the KDW1003M-MP, an engine that equips the monohull Alla Grande-Pirelli, chosen for its compactness and lightness compared to performance. The boat’s launching took place last August 12 in Genoa.
