AGCO Power has a privileged relationship with its parent company, the AGCO Group. We looked at some of the most recent partnerships, both in North America and Europe. Here is an interview with Agco Power’s CEO.

AGCO Power in the US. With Massey Ferguson

Let’s start with Canadian-born Massey Ferguson, which unveiled the 8S at the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois. Equipped with the 7.4 litre Diesel engine, via the EPM control unit it promises a 5% increase in productivity and 10% fuel saving, at lower engine speeds it also reduces noise. The 8S uses SCR, Tier IV Final compliant, and a low-maintenance aftertreatment system. Power ratings range from 184.8 to 205.7 kilowatts. The transmissions are Dyna E-Power, the dual-clutch transmission designed by Massey Ferguson for the 8S range, and Dyna-VT, Massey Ferguson’s proven CVT transmission.

And with Fendt

The self-propelled sprayer is a ‘curious object’ because of its silhouette. Fendt has launched the Rogator 900 series for North America in five new models: RG932, RG934, RG934H, RG937 and RG937H, with power ranging from 231.6 to 205.7 kilowatts. The protagonist this time is the 8.4-litre.

And in Europe…

Let’s dust off the 8S – and it won’t remain a ‘stars and stripes’ prerogative. Just over a year after unveiling the brand’s new tractor range, Massey Ferguson has announced an increase in power on the award-winning (winner to the Tractor of the year 2021) MF 8S series with two new tractors offering 285 and 305hp. The MF 8S range can now be fitted with the Dyna-VT Super Eco continuously variable transmission.
