An FPT engine is the heart of the new Landini and McCormick tractors

Landini announces the 6RS Robo-Six Series tractors, McCormick the new X6.4 P6 Drive range, both powered by FPT Industrial: their heart is the well-established 4.5-liter NEF 45.

On the occasion of the arrival of the most important European trade fairs in the sector, from the Lamma in Birmingham to the FIMA in Zaragoza via Fieragricola in Verona, Landini presented the new products with which it will go down in field in the first part of 2022.

Tractors of all sizes and for the most diverse uses, with a made in Italy heart and an eye to the future. Undoubtedly, the new 6RS Robo-Six Series of tractors of the Argo Tractors brand stands out among the novelties. The range features the 6-135 RS, 6-145 RS and 6-155 RS models, with 4.5-liter, 16-valve and 4-cylinder FPT Industrial NEF 45 engines, with powers of 135 hp, 145 hp and 155 hp. This is a Stage V engine (thanks to the exhaust gas after-treatment system), suitable for what Landini intends to be a range for customers looking for versatility, performance and comfort.

The same engine beats under the hood of the new McCormick X6.4 P6 Drive Stage V tractor range. Conceived in the name of versatility, performance and technology and designed for open field work, haymaking, multi-utility work and loader activities, together with the novelties of the other brands part of Argo Tractors, this rangewill be the protagonist at the main sector fairs scheduled in the first half of 2022 (FIMA, Fieragricola, etc.).

The range features the X6.413, X6.414 and X6.415 models, with 4.5-liter, 16-valve and 4-cylinder FPT Industrial NEF 45 engines, with a maximum power of 155 hp. The arrangement of the engine and transmission allows to reach a wheelbase of 2,560 mm, guaranteeing great stability, but at the same time versatility and maneuverability. Particular attention is paid to solutions that facilitate tractor maintenance. In this sense, the new bonnet with 90 degree opening and the fan-shaped radiators make it possible to carry out interventions on the vehicle in a simple, quick and safe way.
